The process begins when a customer either selects from one of our furniture designs or from their own sketch or plans and works together with one of our designers to come up with a design they like.
Next the customer selects a wood species (Birch, Oak, Cherry, etc) and finish color, along with the hardware choice (door and drawer pulls, glass, locks, lights etc.) what ever is need on the particular piece.
At this point the designer will draw up the plans and quote a price for the piece or pieces of furniture.
Next the customer can review the plans and make any updates or changes they need and then decide if they want to place the order.
Once an order is placed our designer will prepare the final shop drawings for the customer to review and approve before we start the order.
Once the order is approved it will be submitted to the shop to be schuduled to be built. It usually takes about three weeks for the order to be completed and ready to be picked up or delivered to the customer.
